As Managing Partner, Kevin oversees the daily operations of the firm and makes sure that the company provides superior tax and accounting services at a reasonable rate while ensuring the clients’ needs are met. He believes that a holistic, well-rounded approach is the best when assisting all clients with various tax and planning needs.
Kevin oversees all tax matters. He is directly involved with entity planning, foreign activities of US taxpayers, construction taxation, real estate and development taxation, as well as handling the tax and consulting needs of many other various clients. He also represents clients before the IRS, Franchise Tax Board, Employment Development Department, and State Board of Equalization.
Kevin has made numerous presentations on taxation of contractors and real estate investors, and many other subjects. He has provided educational seminars for contractors’ associations and real estate broker associations.
Outside of the office, Kevin most enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren. He is also a roller hockey player, bass player, and remote control sailplane flyer. He volunteers his time as the Vice-President of the Sharks Alumni Foundation, which provides sports equipment and opportunities to underprivileged youth. Kevin is also the past President of the Silver Creek Sportsplex Foundation and past Treasurer for several youth sports organizations.
